What can I request a refund for?

Masterchannel will issue a refund upon request via support@masterchannel.ai for any subscription within 24 hours of purchase, provided it has not been used (this includes uploading or mastering songs).

Even if you fall outside of the refund guidelines, feel free to submit a request, and we will review it.
